By accessing or using the Plong platform (plong.app and business.plong.app), operated by Plong Ltd ("Plong", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Plong provides an online platform for real estate listing and property discovery in Cambodia. Our services include:
- Property listing and search for buyers, renters, and investors
- Business tools for agents, agencies, and developers to manage listings and leads
- Identity verification (KYC) for professional accounts
- Enquiry and contact facilitation between property seekers and listing agents
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior approval.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Property Listings
- Listings must be for real properties located in Cambodia.
- Listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- You must have the authority to list a property (as owner, authorized agent, or developer).
- Duplicate listings of the same property are not permitted.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or are reported as fraudulent.
- Plong does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not a party to any real estate transaction.
5. Verification and KYC
Professional accounts (agents, agencies, and developers) may be required to complete identity verification. By submitting verification documents, you confirm that:
- All documents submitted are genuine and belong to you.
- You consent to Plong verifying your identity using the submitted documents.
- Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in account termination.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
- Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to other users
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
- Use the platform for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal transactions
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Impersonate another person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
The Plong platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Plong Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as property photos and descriptions), but grant Plong a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Disclaimers
- Plong is a listing platform, not a real estate broker or agent. We do not participate in negotiations or transactions between users.
- We do not verify the accuracy of property listings, prices, or availability.
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plong Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Plong, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@plong.app. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
